Recognizing these areas of improvement, he committed to developing advanced training programs for agents that emphasize critical skills such as executive protection training, investigation, vehicle defensive tactics, threat management, and crisis management plans. His executive protection experience has also allowed him to refine the company’s ability to manage crisis situations, execute rapid response plans, and design threat management strategies to mitigate risks for high-net-worth individuals and corporations.

Today, with over 30 years of combined experience in the private security industry, Leader Security Protection employs more than 200 skilled security agents and 30 staff members.
